i received an error while expanding files at 0%everything else up to was fine im upgrading windows x86 disc from xp home.whats the deal?

error while expanding files
possibly a RAM issue. Vista does everything during the install from a virtual drive that is built in your RAM. it is possible that you don't have enough working ram to install.
